Senior Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects) [Remote]

About the Role

Shift2Dynamic is a UK-based Digital agency delivering high-impact digital service for clients across global markets. We are expanding our remote team and seeking a serious, experienced video editor who can deliver professional-grade work consistently.

You will be responsible for editing high-quality videos from raw footage to final delivery, designing and animating motion graphics in After Effects, performing professional color grading, handling audio mixing and sound design, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. You will communicate clearly with the team in English and work fully within USA business hours.

This is not an entry-level role. We need a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running, work independently, and produce world-class content without hand-holding.

Requirements

Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on professional video editing experience is required. Expert-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is mandatory. Candidates must have a strong portfolio demonstrating real-world, high-quality edited work. Professional-level English fluency in both written and spoken form is non-negotiable. Ability to work and stay available during USA business hours (EST/PST) is essential. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a capable editing workstation. Experience editing for YouTube, social media, Podcast, advertisements, and corporate videos is expected. Knowledge of Adobe Audition is a strong plus.
